QHSE Manager Role

Avidity Science - EMEA is seeking a dedicated QHSE Manager to join our team in a hybrid role that offers the perfect blend of office and remote work. This position is based in Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire, with at least 3 days a week spent in our facility.

Supportive Environment: Quality Management:
Drive a culture of outstanding quality across the company.
Lead the development and monitoring of the Quality Management System, maintain ISO9001 certification and liaise with assessment bodies.
Serve as the primary contact for quality-related inquiries.
Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management:
Act as a key representative of the Joint Health & Safety Committee.
Develop and maintain HSE programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
Investigate incidents, Conduct risk assessments, audits, and provide HSE training.
Facility Management:
Oversee facility-related activities, including maintenance and security.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
Prepare and distribute reports on Quality, HSE performance, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
1-2 years in QHSE Management or longer in Quality or HSE roles.
Strong understanding of ISO9001 and HSE certifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) are an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
