Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- To carry out plumbing duties on sites as and when required.
- To provide a technical engineering service with the minimum of supervision to the Servest FM client in respect of mechanical servicing, repairs, maintenance and installation.
- To undertake the service and maintenance of other assets/trades that were deemed competent to do so.
- To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
- To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
About You
- Applicant must have the right to work in the UK
- Candidates must have the relevant certifications and qualifications required to meet the requirements of this position, together with relevant Grade Cards such as CSCS.
- NVQ or City & Guilds in the following: plumbing/mechanical services.
- Previous experience working within Facilities Management.
- Ability to use electronic handheld devices.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Subject to passing police vetting
