We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Nighttime Bakery Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating bakery operations during late-night shifts, prioritizing tasks, and delegating responsibilities to ensure efficient bakery operations.

About the Role

This position requires excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also be involved in managing cash handling, deposits, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate bakery operations during late-night shifts, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities to team members.
  • Manage cash handling and deposits, adhering to company procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following safe food handling practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve bakery performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a bakery or retail environment.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18 years or older.
