We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Solicitor to join our rapidly expanding firm. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures, and other significant business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advise clients on complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and joint ventures.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements with clients.
  3. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored legal solutions.
  4. Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  5. Stay abreast of changes in corporate law and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

  1. 5 years PQE.
  2. Excellent technical knowledge of corporate law.
  3. Excellent client management skills.
  4. Ability to work as part of a team and nurture those around you.
  5. Ready to hit the ground running.
  6. Flexibility and 'can do' attitude.
