Senior Culinary Team Lead

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Relief Chef to join our team at Elior UK. As a Relief Chef, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a catering team, creating a platform for financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence.
About the Role:
- Manage and support a catering team to deliver an efficient, high-quality service
- Maintain, order, and control food stocks within budget
- Ensure ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison to enable operational excellence
- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of chefs to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
- Manage food costs, stock levels, and inventory control to ensure optimal profitability
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, clients, and colleagues to drive business growth and success
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures
- Experience in menu planning, costing, and inventory control
