Director of Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer / Manager to join our team at HR GO PLC. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for supporting and succeeding the current quality manager when they retire.
The role will involve managing and auditing quality systems, conducting inspections and root cause analyses, and collaborating with suppliers to maintain quality materials. You will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to employees on quality-related topics and championing continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality control processes across the company.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality-related topics.
- Work closely with suppliers to maintain quality materials.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
