Experienced Site Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a major redevelopment project in Cornwall. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an award-winning firm, contributing to the delivery of a high-profile scheme. The successful candidate will have a strong background in main contracting, with a focus on public sector works.
A key requirement for this role is the ability to manage people and processes effectively, while also possessing a comprehensive understanding of Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act. Good IT skills and excellent Health & Safety awareness are also essential. Relevant certifications such as SMSTS, a Manager's CSCS card, and a First Aid at Work qualification are necessary. Asbestos awareness, Scaffold inspection, and Temporary works experience are desirable. An enhanced DBS is also required, which can be processed internally.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on experience. This is a long-term contract opportunity, offering a stable income and the chance to work on a high-profile project in Cornwall.
