Every piece of infrastructure at our Head office, in the stores, the warehouses, for the website or the contact centre is supported by this area. Central services such as Microsoft Azure, GSuite and GCP, file services, Citrix, Active Directory (and much more) are all provided and supported by this area.
Key Responsibilities:- Windows Server Support
- Change and project management
- Group Policy, Active Directory & Certificate Authority
- Others including Linux, Powershell, Intune and SCCM
You will be working with a team of task-orientated engineers responsible for remediating critical to low priority vulnerabilities identified by our Security tools. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to speak, read and write English at a level that enables you to complete your role, for example, to understand instructions and communicate effectively with stakeholders and/or other team members.
