We are seeking a reliable and experienced Passenger Assistant to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with Shropshire Council to provide safe and efficient transportation services for adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and escort adults with SEN to and from day services on transport, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information for all transport services, including passenger details and vehicle schedules.
• Liaise with the Specialist Travel Coordinator to ensure efficient and effective services, including staff training and risk assessments.
• Ensure all necessary equipment, such as seats and harnesses, is fitted and maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Ability to work immediately or at short notice.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Important Notes:

• This is a temporary role, although assignments can be extended by clients on a longer-term basis.
