Voyage Care is seeking a Senior Care Coordinator to join our team in Leeds.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role within our residential services. As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Service Manager and Deputy Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of individual care plans, including assessments and risk management.
  • Lead by example, promoting good practice and providing guidance to colleagues to ensure excellent standards of care are maintained.
  • Conduct regular supervision and appraisal sessions to support staff development and well-being.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration with other professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to Voyage Care's policies and procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment, induction, and training of new staff members.
