Centre Point Recruitment has partnered with a well-established, independent estate agency based in West London to assist with the recruitment of an experienced Property Manager.

The successful candidate will join a busy and award-winning team responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties across West and Central London.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To successfully manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties and ensure their optimal performance.
  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • To conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance or repair requirements.
  • To inspect all works carried out and provide detailed reports to relevant parties.
  • To manage contractors effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained through efficient and effective communication.
  • To log all work orders, invoices, warranties, and other relevant documentation onto the company's software system.
  • To review each property's expenditure and maintain a thorough understanding of contractor charges to ensure best value for clients.
  • To ensure that all properties are compliant with the latest regulations, including fire, electrical, health and safety, and Legionella protocols.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Property Manager is essential for this role.
  • ARLA qualification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service skills are necessary to deliver a high level of service to clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills are essential to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

This position offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be based in West London and will be required to work standard office hours, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of hybrid working arrangements after a probationary period.
