Membership Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Membership Executive to join our team at Direct Response Employment Services. As a key player in the industry, we are looking for a talented individual to work with our exceptional clients on a temporary to permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth through effective communication and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Work closely with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English

Working Hours:

The successful candidate will work a full-time schedule, with a 37.5 hour week, split across Monday to Thursday (9am-7pm) and Friday (9am-5pm), with occasional Saturday shifts (10am-4pm).
