Job Title: Manufacturing Paint Sprayer

At Morson Talent, we are seeking highly skilled and experienced Paint Sprayers for high-profile military projects in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, utilizing your technical expertise and attention to detail.

About the Role:
We are looking for individuals who have extensive experience in painting and coating, with a strong understanding of commercial vehicle and aircraft paint spraying techniques. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring that all components meet the required standards, while maintaining product certification and supporting production managers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Spray components to meet specific requirements and standards
* Maintain accurate records of products and processes
* Collaborate with production managers to ensure efficient production processes
* Provide guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements:
* Time served as a painter with a strong track record of quality work
* Experience with commercial vehicle and aircraft paint spraying techniques
* City and Guilds Apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications

What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
