• Develop and maintain relationships with parents and other stakeholders
• Manage and support a team of staff to deliver high-quality education and care
• Plan and deliver play-based activities that promote children's learning and development
• Ensure all staff are suitable and have completed necessary safeguarding checks

Requirements:

• Significant experience in early years education and care
• Commitment to the school's principles and curriculum
• Confidence and experience in planning and delivering play-based activities
• Ability to manage and support a team of staff
