About the Role

We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work in all weather conditions and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Have a strong sense of community and take pride in your work

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. You will also receive overtime pay at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate, 22.5 days holiday (pro-rata), and full uniform provided. Additionally, you will have access to our company pension scheme, training and development opportunities, and excellent family-friendly support.

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather
  • Strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
