Grist Legal Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Senior Associate to join a leading Regulatory team in Manchester.
The successful candidate will manage an investigatory caseload, preparing cases for hearings before panels and committees of relevant regulators. This will involve dealing with complex and high-profile cases, including allegations of misconduct, competence, or health issues.
The work is varied, challenging, and rewarding, covering a range of cases from large-scale fraud to clinical failings. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and develop their skills in regulatory law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an investigatory caseload, preparing cases for hearings
- Deal with complex and high-profile cases, including allegations of misconduct, competence, or health issues
- Work with regulators across Health, Education, Care, and Law
Requirements:
- Experience in regulatory law and practice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases
What We Offer:
- Salary dependent on experience, up to £70,000 + bonus + benefits + hybrid and flexible working
