Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead our software engineering team in Northampton. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and improving software solutions that meet our customers' needs.

In this role, you'll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements, develop solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.

You'll also collaborate with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.

  • Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong understanding of industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. You should also be able to stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to our technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate comprehensive understanding of our organization's functions and contribute to achieving our business goals. You'll also need to create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought, comparing and selecting complex alternatives.
