About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for editing social-first content from longer-form videos, creating dynamic and engaging cuts. This will involve producing content for a variety of platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as collaborating closely with our social media manager to develop social content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit social-first content from longer-form videos
  • Produce content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Collaborate with the social media manager to develop content strategies
  • Edit INOV8's internal content, including podcast reels, challenge videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage
  • Engage directly with clients, manage accounts during the editing process, and provide regular updates
  • Deliver high-quality, performance-driven video content for organic and paid media campaigns

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in video editing, ideally within an in-house team or freelance capacity
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-performing social video content
  • Excellent understanding of current social media trends and platforms
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Creative thinker with the ability to take initiative and adapt to different client needs
  • Great time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Team player with solid communication skills and a willingness to collaborate
