Job Summary:
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent and extensive experience working in a nursery environment. You will be passionate about providing excellent childcare and education, with a strong focus on child development and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 years, working closely with parents and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes
• Plan and deliver engaging activities and lessons that cater to the needs and interests of children
• Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development
Requirements:
• Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience working in a nursery environment
• Knowledge of the EYFS and ability to implement it effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
