  • At least 6 years of post-qualification experience
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Familiarity with landlord and tenant work, including lease negotiations, assignments, and renewals
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property acquisitions and disposals
  • Previous experience at a City or West End firm or a leading regional practice is preferred
  • Property finance experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Proven track record in marketing, business development, and client acquisition
