Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Launch Assistant to join our European Restaurant Launch Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting new restaurant partners as they join the Deliveroo platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the launch team, sales team, and account managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new restaurant partners.
  • Manage daily call plans to achieve challenging KPIs while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Be the face of Deliveroo for all new restaurant partners, providing a high level of service and support.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in French and English.
  • Strong phone presence and the confidence to make regular calls.
  • Excellent IT literacy and ability to keep our systems up-to-date.
  • Strong team player with a commitment to professional development.
