Job Description

We're seeking a Director of Transformation and Partnerships to drive change delivery and foster collaboration and communication across teams. The successful candidate will work closely with the Strategy and Performance Lead to deliver change according to vision, measuring success against original principles, and ensuring milestones and clear outputs are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster Collaboration & Communication: Build strong relationships across teams, providing strategic advice on inclusive, collaborative, and well-communicated change processes, while managing confidentiality within a small, agile team.

The estimated salary for this role is £75,000, reflecting the importance of this position in driving transformation and partnerships at Genomics England.
