Job Description:

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support our solicitors with residential property transactions. This role is ideal for someone aiming to advance their career in property law. You will support a qualified Lawyer on their caseload and have the opportunity to progress towards becoming a qualified Lawyer.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist solicitors with managing conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
  2. Conduct property searches, prepare and review contracts.
  3. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties.
  4. Maintain case management systems and documentation.
  5. Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience as a conveyancing paralegal or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
