We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Car Park Enforcement Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with on-site rules within private land car parks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrolling up to 20 car park sites in your shift to check for compliance with on-site rules
  • Issuing Parking Charge Notices to vehicles that are not adhering to on-site rules
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with the public
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and goals

Requirements

  • Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
