Exmouth Freelance Interpreter

Language Empire, a leading provider of interpreting and translation services across the UK, is seeking freelance interpreters to work with various clients in Exmouth, Devon.

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and can interpret accurately in English and another language. As a freelancer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments, including face-to-face, telephone, and video interpretations.

As an interpreter with Language Empire, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between service users and providers. This may involve interpreting during legal, health, and local government meetings, as well as providing consecutive and public service interpreting services.

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in public service interpreting or a related field, such as a diploma in DPSI or a degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages. Additionally, they must be fluent in English and another language, aged 21 or over, and have the right to work in the UK.

In exchange for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary, estimated at around £25-£35 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
