Are you a recent graduate with a commercially orientated degree looking to launch your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We're seeking talented individuals to join our Commercial Graduate Scheme, a 2-year programme that will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of commercial disciplines and equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a competitive industry.

What is the Programme?

Our Commercial Graduate Scheme is a 2-year programme that consists of 6 x 4-monthly rotations across various commercial departments, including Marketing, Property, Retail, Aviation Development, Commercial Analytics, and Parking. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your commercial awareness, and gain a deep understanding of the aviation industry.

Do you have what we're looking for?

  • Achieved or predicted 2:1 grade in a commercially orientated discipline (graduated 2024 or projected for 2025)
  • Numerate and commercially minded
  • A passion for understanding our passenger and their experience at London Gatwick
  • A strong aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload based on impact and risk
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively, being comfortable leading project teams
  • Confident and self-motivated
  • Have a professional and flexible approach to responsibilities and be capable of working within a wider team
  • Competent with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a busy case load
  • Team working - you'll enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues as well as other graduates

Selection Process

  • An online application that will involve a CV
  • Online assessments to demonstrate your strengths and the necessary behaviours to be successful
  • If successful, a virtual 1st-stage screening call
  • An assessment centre with group and individual activities as well as a behaviour-based interview with the opportunity to meet managers and explore the airport
