Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contract Negotiation Specialist to join our team at Change Recruitment. As a key member of our contracting team, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and coordinating contractual documentation for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating contract management agreements with clients
  • Facilitating and coordinating all stakeholders across different regions involved in the contracting process
  • Negotiating client documentation within the remit and escalating appropriate risk where necessary
  • Communicating contractual documentation changes to internal stakeholders
  • Capturing and recording relevant non-standard contractual clauses and maintaining the contractual documentation database

Requirements:

  • Legal background or qualification
  • 5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating contract management agreements
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and presentation skills
  • Strong awareness of process efficiency and the need to mitigate risk through team processes
  • Financial Services experience is an asset

Working Arrangements:

This position requires you to be in the office 4 days per week. We are unable to offer sponsorship.
