Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of NHS Reception and Administration Support. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Emergency Department team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing paperwork.

You will work closely with the emergency department team to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Salary: £24,071 to £25,674 per annum plus enhancements for unsociable hours and bank holidays.
