We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Male Carer at Home Instead. As a Male Carer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in East London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with mobility support, including walking, transferring, and using mobility aids.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring clients' dietary needs are met.
- Support clients with medication management, including administering medication and monitoring side effects.
- Conduct housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Provide dementia care, including engaging clients in activities and promoting independence.
Requirements:
- Reliable and trustworthy individual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- Must be over the age of 18.
