About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail eBay Volunteer in one of our charity shops. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and valuing items, photographing them for sale, preparing them for dispatch, sorting and labelling stock, writing descriptions for listings, greeting and helping customers, and performing light cleaning duties. If you have a keen eye for spotting hidden gems and enjoy working as part of a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be competent with IT, have a good level of literacy, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience using eBay or equivalent eCommerce platforms is highly desirable. Additionally, you should be reliable, enjoy helping and engaging with customers, and have a strong sense of community spirit.
