Primary Teacher Opportunity

Location: Brent
Job Type: Temporary (Full Academic Year)
Start Date: To be discussed with successful candidate

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a mixed Year 5 and Year 6 class. This long-term temporary role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher looking to make a significant impact on the educational journey of their students for the entire academic year.

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed of pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings and whole school training events.
Requirements:
  1. Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  2. Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly with mixed Year 5 and Year 6 classes.
  3. Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and adapt.
