Senior HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Anna Maher Consulting Ltd. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior-level role. You will possess excellent knowledge of UK HR rules and legislation, as well as solid experience working with MS Office and HRIS systems.
You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Additionally, you will support key projects in line with our HR strategy, such as induction, performance management, and talent management.
Your expertise will include advising managers and associates on statutory compliance and HR best practices, managing and maintaining key administration, including payroll and pensions.
