We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Ganger at Octavius Infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of highway improvement schemes across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to develop and implement construction plans.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and control costs, resources, and timelines to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Proven experience in construction management, preferably in highway improvement schemes.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
