**Engineering Manager Position:**

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive the delivery of complex electronics products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of high-speed network interface and optical transceiver systems.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the development of high-speed network interface and optical transceiver systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external hardware development teams.
  • Work with suppliers in the UK and USA to ensure designs meet specifications.
  • Oversee integration, validation, and approval activities for electronics products.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree or masters in a relevant subject area (e.g., electronics engineering).
  • Extensive industry experience of delivering complex electronics products.
  • Strong electronics product development knowledge (ideally FPGA/ASIC related).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and motivational skills.
