About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Octavius Infrastructure, a leading civil engineering organisation in the UK. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual performance of projects, ensuring profit targets and efficiency savings are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial and contractual performance of projects, ensuring compliance with NEC contracts and company policies.
  • Oversee projects' financial performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Administer change control, conduct compliant procurement processes, and advise on legal matters.
  • Effectively manage the Supply Chain, conduct audits, and monitor project progress.
  • Prepare accurate financial logs and reports, ensuring compliance with assurance processes and policies.
  • Build strong relationships with project teams, clients, and commercial team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field, and Professional membership (e.g., RICS, CICES) and CSCS card (desirable).
