Health & Safety Manager Job Description

**Job Title:** Health and Safety Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Buildspace Group. As a Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the health and safety of our employees and contractors on site.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety practices
* Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on health and safety procedures
* Investigate and report on incidents and near misses
* Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in health and safety management
* Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
