Senior Security Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team at ICTS Europe. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the management and engineer team with specific technology-based solutions for our clients' requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance, fault finding, and repair of Fire Alarms, CCTV systems, Access Control, and Intruder alarms.
- Good technical and communication skills, with the ability to problem solve calmly and sort issues professionally.
- Presentable, professional, and experience in a client-facing role.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to organise your own calendar and plan with customers.
- Meeting required SLA's or customer-specific KPI's.
- Timely and accurate documentation.
- Provide guidance and support for colleagues and customers.
- Full understanding of the UK fire and security industry and the systems used.
- Wide array of product knowledge, including Advanced MX, Kentech, Paxton, ACT, LenelS2, Gallagher, Texecom, Galaxy, HIK, Dahua, Avigilon, Indigo Vision, Geovision, and VMS platforms.
- Demonstrate PC literacy, preferably with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Suitable Mathematic and English qualifications.
- Proven industry experience with a good track record of performance.
