Behaviour Mentor Job Description

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to understand the root causes of behavioural issues and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Implement evidence-based strategies to support students in managing emotions, resolving conflicts, and making positive choices.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create behaviour management plans and provide classroom support as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to share progress, solicit feedback, and coordinate support strategies.
  • Serve as a resource for staff, offering guidance and training on behaviour management techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of interventions, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
  • Experience in behaviour management and mentoring.
