About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our pastry kitchen team at The Ned. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality desserts and pastries to meet the demands of our 10 restaurants and hotel.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will work closely with our Head Chef to create innovative dessert menus and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and working effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality desserts and pastries to meet customer demand
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to create innovative dessert menus
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a pastry kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of pastry and dessert production techniques
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
