About the Role

As a key member of our in-store team, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and experience. Your primary focus will be on efficiently processing stock to ensure it is available for customers quickly.

We are seeking highly organized individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team as Retail Stock Associates. In this role, you will work closely with our Coordinators and Managers to maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized store environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
  • Maintaining high-quality presentation of stock on sales floors and in stockrooms.
  • Ensuring operational areas of the store remain clean, tidy, and organized.
  • Providing fast and friendly customer service from both back and front areas of the store.
  • Working collaboratively as part of the store team under the guidance of our Coordinators or Managers.

Please note that successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met. Candidates are encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
