About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and skilled individual to join our retail team as a Fragrance Expert. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, providing expert advice on our premium fragrances, and creating memorable in-store experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our premium fragrances, including their characteristics, benefits, and pairing options
• Offer expert advice and recommendations to customers on fragrance selection, ensuring a personalized and engaging shopping experience
• Contribute to the creation of engaging and interactive in-store experiences, including events, workshops, and demonstrations
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a seamless customer experience

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
