About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our energy transition projects team, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating technically complex process engineering design within proposals, studies, projects execution & operations, as part of a study and/or project team.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc or MSc in Chemical Engineering with a wide-ranging background in Gas/Liquids Cracking Technology. They will also have theoretical knowledge of process design methods and tools, as well as considerable experience in Oil & Gas Processing, Refining, and/or Ethylene/Petrochemicals.

This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of 3-5 Process Engineers. The successful candidate will also have technology awareness of Ethylene, Petrochemicals, Refining, Offsites & Utilities, and engineering work processes inter-discipline coordination, change management.

You will be responsible for delivering and coordinating technically complex process engineering design within proposals, studies, projects execution & operations, as part of a study and/or project team, in accordance with design & engineering standards & procedures, schedules and budget, with a continuous concern for quality standards, targets and customer satisfaction.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our energy transition projects. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating technically complex process engineering design within proposals, studies, projects execution & operations, as part of a study and/or project team, in accordance with design & engineering standards & procedures, schedules and budget, with a continuous concern for quality standards, targets and customer satisfaction.
