Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooter

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooter to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to dental professionals across the Midlands, London, and the South East areas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with experience in troubleshooting and maintaining complex equipment. You will also possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with diverse groups, including dental professionals and customers.
About the Job Description:- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures, minimising surgery downtime
- Provide advice and support to dental professionals on equipment maintenance and replacement
- Offer technical support to the office team and customers, both on-site and over the phone
- Assist in the production of quotations and invoices through meticulous record-keeping
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including a company van, performance-related pay, 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and a pension scheme.
