Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanic Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining and repairing complex mechanical equipment, with a strong understanding of schematics and technical manuals. You will be responsible for overseeing mechanical operations, including conducting regular inspections, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential problems.
• Diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mechanic with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and soldering techniques.
• Ability to fabricate parts as necessary for repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Valid driver's license required to attend breakdowns.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
