What We Do

At Johnson Controls, we're looking for a skilled Organizational Change Manager to join our Organizational Effectiveness & Change Team. As an Organizational Change Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading organizational change strategies for complex projects, ensuring effective execution and measurement of change plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to design and implement change plans, ensuring integration with multi-year project goals.
  • Utilize established change tools and frameworks to craft and refine strategies for high-impact initiatives.
  • Integrate change and project plans, addressing issues promptly to align with organizational goals.
  • Develop targeted stakeholder analysis and communication strategies with technical and business experts.
  • Implement metrics and KPIs to track change management progress and report on adoption rates.

What We Look For

  • 4+ years of experience in international change management, including ERP (Oracle or SAP) system transformation.
  • Proficient in applying change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a track record in large-scale organizational change projects.
  • Quick learner with the ability to balance multiple initiatives and adjust to changing priorities while supporting the overall strategy.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving business priorities in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Skilled in conducting workshops and collaborating with stakeholders across various levels and business functions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for aligning cross-organizational efforts to foster a unified business perspective.
  • Change Management certifications, such as APMG and Prosci.
