Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are maintained to the highest standards, performing planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work on electrical systems, and providing technical support to the client.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including lighting and power distribution systems, motors, and pumps.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist in the repair and replacement of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
Requirements
  • Qualified Electrician with experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting.
  • City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
  • 18th Edition City and Guilds certification.
  • Experience in electrical power distribution systems and electrical testing.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
  • DBS Check.
