Central Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a full-time, permanent contract in Swanley, Kent.

The successful candidate will have previous Credit Control and Sage 50 experience, with a proven track record of processing sales invoices, entering data into Sage, managing sales and purchase ledgers, and performing credit control tasks.

This role offers a salary up to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, with Monday to Friday working hours.

The ideal candidate will be a daily user of Microsoft Office and Excel, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

About the Role:

  • Sales Invoicing: Process and manage sales invoices from start to finish
  • Sage Entry: Enter and maintain accurate data within the Sage 50 system
  • Sales and Purchase Ledger: Manage and reconcile sales and purchase ledgers, including credit cards and expenses
  • Purchase Orders: Process and manage purchase orders from receipt to payment
  • Overtime, Expenses, and Journey Log Sheets: Process and reconcile overtime, expenses, and journey log sheets
  • Credit Control: Maintain effective credit control procedures to minimize bad debt
  • General Accounts Administration: Provide general accounts administration support to the finance team
  • General Office Administration: Perform general office administration duties as required

Requirements:

  • Credit Control Experience: Proven experience in Credit Control is essential for this role
  • Sage 50 Experience: Essential experience with Sage 50 is also required
  • Microsoft Office and Excel: Competent daily user of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required for this position
  • Analytical Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions
  • Task Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
