We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at Home Group in Kent. As a Caring Support Professional, you will work alongside our fabulous team of Support Workers and Team Leaders who are all passionate about being there for our customers.

You will take your turn with your team working on a rota, which may include days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays or waking nights. You may also be required to do sleep ins, in which an enhancement will be paid. You will primarily work with customers in their own home, as well as supporting them in the community.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a complex care setting, with a level 2 Diploma in Adult Health and Social Care or be prepared to work towards it. You should also have worked as a Support Worker, supporting people with complex needs, or behaviors of distress. Additionally, you will need to have a valid driving license and be able to drive an automatic car.
