About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our Capital Maintenance Civil projects in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring project delivery is achieved safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Civil construction, including health and safety protocols, sustainability practices, and site management techniques. You will be responsible for leading a skilled team, overcoming challenges, and delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of civil engineers and technicians
  • Ensuring project delivery meets safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Developing and implementing site plans, schedules, and budgets

What We Offer:

Galliford Try Holdings plc offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as:
