Job Summary

The Vice President of Employee Engagement and Relations will lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being at Goldman Sachs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Compliance, Regulatory Legal, and other areas to lead investigations and oversee adherence to firm policies.
  • Counsel individual employees regarding work concerns, health, and personal issues that may impact work.
  • Liaise with the Employment Law Group as necessary to resolve employee issues.
Requirements
  • A highly motivated HR professional or Employment Lawyer with a solid understanding of UK employment law.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to manage complex issues.
Estimated Salary Range

£90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
